Convinced that tourism can be more environmentally conscious and respectful, without compromising the level of comfort or service that other rentals offer, we have put in place a series of concrete measures to try to reduce our environmental impact, and are proud to say that ecology is one of our fundamental values.

Every little gesture counts to preserve our planet and we encourage you to join us in this effort by adopting responsible practices during your stay, which is why instead of a daily systematic cleaning, we prefer to let our residents inform us of their household needs.

Some tips to adopt

Enjoy daylight as much as possible and do not hesitate to turn off the lights when you leave a room or apartment. It is not necessarily necessary to turn on all the lights at the same time.

A temperature of 20 degrees is the optimal temperature for a living room, neither too cold nor too hot.

However, we are at your disposal if necessary, do not hesitate to tell us about it the same morning.

Prefer the "eco" cycle for dishwashers

In order to avoid the purchase of bottled water, we inform you that the water of the Yonne is very good.

We also have a water fountain to fill the bottles of your room at will and free of charge.

Remember that an average shower of 7 minutes is a consumption of 98 liters of water, or 14 liters per minute. Think about it.

Remember to put aside plastic packaging, paper or glass, we will take care of the rest.
