Length of rental:This accommodation is made available to you for the period specified in your rental contract. No tenant may extend their stay beyond the period reserved.
Arrival and departure* Arrival times: From 4pm in the afternoon.* Departure times: Before 10am.* On arrival, you will be given the keys, the house rules, the disclaimers and conditions, and an inventory.* An inventory will be carried out at the beginning and end of your stay.**Important:** Cleaning must be carried out on the day of departure, before the deadline.
Equipment provided* This accommodation is equipped with bedding (bases, mattresses), duvets and pillows, in accordance with the inventory. Fitted sheets for mattresses, pillowcases and duvet covers must be used.* Sheets and household linen (bed linen, towels, tea towels, etc.) are provided at the time of rental. Mattresses and pillows are fitted with mattress covers, which must be kept clean and in place when you leave.* Beds can be made up on arrival on request.* A welcome kit including bin bags, sponges, coffee filters, washing powder, dishwasher tablets, household products, salt, pepper, vinegar, oil, etc. will be provided on arrival. Please renew these supplies for future arrivals.**Reminder:** Before you leave, please wash your dishes and leave the kitchen in a clean and tidy condition.
Use of the premises* Furniture is at your disposal. Please keep them in good condition and clean.* Water, electricity and heating are included in the rental price. However, for environmental reasons, please turn off the lights when leaving a room, avoid wasting water and do not leave doors and windows open when the heating is on.* All amenities are at your disposal, subject to normal and reasonable use. Please do not throw anything into the toilet, except toilet paper.* Each access door to the accommodation is fitted with a key lock. Make sure you lock them every time you leave. You will be held responsible in the event of theft or damage if you fail to comply with this instruction.**Reminder:** The tenant is liable for any malicious blockage of the sewage system's pumps or lifting station.
Use of the Internet connection* The Hirer must comply with the laws concerning downloading and consulting websites. At the request of the competent authorities, the owner may pass on the details of the tenant who has used the connection.
Use of the meeting room and coworking roomUse of these areas is subject to prior request, to be made at least 7 days before your arrival.
Safety and good manners* Please respect the tranquillity of the premises and use them in accordance with their intended purpose. Noise inside and outside the property must be kept to a minimum so as not to disturb the neighbours. In the event of a complaint or dispute, we reserve the right to exclude disruptive guests.* Out of respect for neighbours, it is strictly forbidden to make noise after 10pm and before 7am.* Smoking is strictly prohibited in the accommodation.* In the event of an emergency, contact the emergency services (18 for the fire brigade, 15 for the ambulance service, 17 for the police, 112 for mobile phone emergency calls). Fire extinguishers are available in the accommodation.* Children are the responsibility of their parents throughout their stay.* To avoid damage caused by rain, please close the windows if there is a risk of rain, particularly in the event of a thunderstorm.* The tenant must take out third-party insurance with their insurance company, covering damage caused to the premises during the rental period. A certificate of insurance must be attached to the rental contract.**Reminder:** The owner cannot be held responsible for accidents or damage to the property, car park or accesses.
Cleaning package* A cleaning package may be applied at the end of the stay if the customer has not chosen to do it himself or if the inventory of fixtures indicates insufficient cleaning.* This package includes cleaning of rooms and household linen. However, please make sure that all furniture, objects and crockery are put away and that the rubbish bins are emptied.**Reminder:** The accommodation must be left spotless, including :* Toilets, showers and washbasins.* Electrical appliances (fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine, microwave, etc.).* Furniture (chairs, sofas, tables, etc.).* Crockery (cutlery, plates, glasses, dishes).* Floors must be vacuumed and cleaned.* Outdoor furniture (tables, chairs, parasols, deckchairs, etc.).
Waste management* Rubbish bins are available. Please separate your rubbish: yellow bins for cardboard, plastic and metal; green bins for household waste; use the glass container on the left as you leave the gîte.**Reminder:** Please empty the bins before you leave and leave them clean (unless you have taken out the "emptying only" cleaning package).
Bike hire and reservationsIn the event of a problem* In the event of a breakdown or malfunction, please contact us immediately. No refunds will be made for breakdowns or repairs without our prior agreement.* Report any breakage, damage or deterioration during your stay, even if there is no visible damage. The deposit may be reduced in the event of loss, damage or the need for repairs.
